These terms apply to your use of our online store and to any purchase from LING GROUP LLC ("Vauban Paris", "we"), a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different from screen to screen. If an item is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund Policy.
Natural materials and artwork. Leather varies from piece to piece. Our motifs are inspired by traditional Japanese and Chinese art and by period illustration styles; Vauban Paris does not claim to be the original author of a traditional motif unless stated on the product page.
Eye protection. Our sunglasses are fashion sunglasses, not safety eyewear or a medical device. Never use them to look directly at the sun.
Intended use. Our metal cases are sold to carry cards and cash. Vauban Paris does not sell or promote tobacco products.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We sell to customers in the United States only. Multi-item offers (for example 2 card holders for $79, tin cases "2 + 1 free", sunglasses "buy 1, get 1 free") apply only to products of the same type, as described on the site at the time of purchase, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. We may correct pricing errors, and cancel and refund orders placed at an obviously wrong price.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo or video, or tag us on social media, you allow us to display it on our site and social channels with credit to you. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated.
Intellectual property
The site's text, photos, logos and designs belong to Vauban Paris or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer protection right you have under the laws of the state where you live.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
