Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered in 5-12 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- 1-3 business days of processing, while we prepare your order and hand it to the carrier;
- 4-9 business days in transit to your address.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, carrier delays and customs checks can add time.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first update.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email support@vaubanparis.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can change the address only before the order ships.
