This policy explains what personal information LING GROUP LLC ("Vauban Paris", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects when you visit our online store or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

- Order information: items purchased, amounts paid, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.

- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions.
- To send marketing emails or texts if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- Our e-commerce platform, payment processors and shipping carriers, so they can do their job.

We do not sell your personal information, for money or anything else.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years), customer-service messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not use it beyond what is needed to process your order and payment.
Your rights

- Right to delete: ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
- Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.

- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information: we don't use it for purposes that would trigger this right.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you goods, charge you a different price or give you a lower level of service for using these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. Some advertising cookies and pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of our site, or by emailing us. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out for the browser that sends them. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
How to make a request
Email support@vaubanparis.com with the subject line "Privacy request", or write to LING GROUP LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching the details you give us (such as your email address and an order number) with our records. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and confirm your identity directly with you.
Response times
- We confirm receipt of a request to know, delete or correct within 10 business days, and answer within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we'll tell you why.
- We act on opt-out requests as soon as possible, and no later than 15 business days after receiving them.
- If we deny a request, we'll explain why. Depending on your state, you may appeal by replying to our answer.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site.
