A classic, squared off
The aviator was made so pilots could look down at their instruments and out at the sky. Decades later it's everywhere, because the shape works. We kept the generous lens and changed the codes: squared corners, a flat double bridge across the brow, twin rivets.
Now picture it off duty. A coast road above the sea, the top down. An espresso at a Milanese café, late golden light on the tables. A linen shirt, sleeves rolled, nothing forced. That ease has a name in Italian, sprezzatura: looking sharp without looking like you tried. Same roots as everything we make: an old classic, reread for today. New objects with old souls.
